Depending on the scope of the Engagement, the Company may develop Business Plans, Professional Plans, Strategic Plans, Operational Plans, Institutional Plans, Market Research, Feasibility Studies, Financial Projections, Financial Models, Business and Strategic Analyses, Executive Summaries, Executive Reports, presentations, and other professional documentation tailored to the Client's specific objectives and the contracted Professional Services.
The purpose of such documentation is to support the Client's business, professional, strategic, or organizational objectives and, where appropriate, to serve as supporting documentation in connection with immigration-related matters.
Professional Services Not Provided by DMC REVAMP CORPORATION
DMC REVAMP CORPORATION is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, immigration legal services, or legal representation.
Accordingly, the Company does not provide, perform, or undertake any of the following:
• Legal advice.
• Immigration legal advice.
• Interpretation of immigration laws, regulations, or governmental policies.
• Determinations of eligibility for immigration benefits.
• Development of legal strategies for immigration-related matters.
• Legal representation before USCIS, U.S. Embassies, U.S. Consulates, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Labor, or any other governmental agency or authority.
• Preparation, completion, execution, filing, or submission of official government forms, petitions, applications, or other immigration filings.
• Representation during interviews, hearings, administrative proceedings, judicial proceedings, or appeals.

Relationship with the Client's Legal Advisors
DMC REVAMP CORPORATION recommends that Clients involved in immigration-related matters seek legal advice from a qualified immigration attorney or other licensed legal professional whenever legal guidance is required.
When a Client is represented by legal counsel, the Company may work collaboratively with the Client's attorney or other authorized advisors solely with respect to the development, revision, or updating of the professional documentation included within the contracted Professional Services.
DMC REVAMP CORPORATION does not assume any legal responsibility on behalf of the Client, does not replace the professional judgment of the Client's legal counsel, and does not create an attorney-client relationship with any Client.
The engagement of DMC REVAMP CORPORATION does not eliminate, limit, or replace the Client's responsibility to obtain independent legal advice whenever appropriate.
No guarantee of immigration outcomes
No Guarantee of Immigration Benefits
DMC REVAMP CORPORATION performs its Professional Services using commercially reasonable professional standards, established business methodologies, and recognized consulting practices. However, the development of professional documentation does not guarantee the approval of any immigration benefit or the successful outcome of any immigration-related matter.
The preparation of Business Plans, Professional Plans, Strategic Plans, supporting documentation, or any other Deliverables developed by the Company shall not be construed as a guarantee or assurance that any visa, petition, application, immigration benefit, or governmental determination will be approved or granted.
Decisions of Governmental Authorities
All decisions regarding the approval, denial, issuance of Requests for Evidence (RFEs), requests for additional documentation, revocation, modification, administrative review, or any other determination relating to an immigration-related matter are made solely by the appropriate governmental authority in the exercise of its authority and discretion under applicable law.
Accordingly, DMC REVAMP CORPORATION has no authority over, and does not control or influence, the decisions, evaluation criteria, policies, procedures, adjudication standards, or discretionary determinations of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Embassies, U.S. Consulates, or any other governmental agency or authority.

Factors Beyond the Company's Control

• The review and evaluation conducted by the appropriate governmental authorities.
• Applicable laws, regulations, governmental policies, and administrative guidance.
• The specific facts and circumstances of the Client or beneficiary.
• Changes in applicable laws, regulations, governmental policies, or adjudication standards.
• Documentation or legal arguments prepared by the Client's attorney or other professional advisors.
• Any other circumstance affecting the immigration process.
For these reasons, DMC REVAMP CORPORATION makes no representation or warranty regarding the outcome of any immigration-related matter.
Client Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for reviewing all information provided to DMC REVAMP CORPORATION and for ensuring that such information is complete, accurate, truthful, and current.
The Client is also solely responsible, in consultation with independent legal counsel when appropriate, for determining whether the documentation developed by DMC REVAMP CORPORATION should be used in connection with any immigration-related matter.
Any decision to submit, amend, supplement, withdraw, or otherwise pursue an immigration petition, application, request, or other filing remains solely the responsibility of the Client and the Client's authorized legal representatives.
Client-provided information
Basis for the Professional Documentation
All professional documentation developed by DMC REVAMP CORPORATION is prepared based on the information, documentation, instructions, and materials provided by the Client or by individuals authorized to act on the Client's behalf.
The quality, consistency, accuracy, and usefulness of the Deliverables depend directly upon the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of the information provided during the Engagement.
Client Responsibility for Information
The Client represents that, to the best of the Client's knowledge, all information provided to DMC REVAMP CORPORATION is complete, accurate, truthful, and current.
The Client is solely responsible for verifying the information supplied to the Company and for promptly notifying DMC REVAMP CORPORATION of any correction, update, modification, or new circumstance that may affect the Professional Services, the Deliverables, or any immigration-related matter.
Duty to Notify Changes
The Client agrees to promptly notify DMC REVAMP CORPORATION of any material change relating to the Client's personal, business, financial, professional, or organizational circumstances that may affect the documentation being developed or the immigration-related matter for which such documentation is intended.
Failure to provide timely notice of such changes may affect the accuracy or usefulness of the Deliverables.
Verification of Information
Unless expressly included within the scope of the contracted Professional Services, DMC REVAMP CORPORATION has no obligation to audit, investigate, verify, authenticate, certify, or independently confirm the accuracy, completeness, validity, or authenticity of any information or documentation provided by the Client or by third parties acting on the Client's behalf.
The Company may request additional information or clarification whenever reasonably necessary for the preparation of the Professional Services without assuming responsibility for verifying the information received.
Consequences of Inaccurate Information
DMC REVAMP CORPORATION shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), governmental inquiries, denials, adverse determinations, or any other consequence resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, misleading, or untimely information provided by the Client or by third parties acting on the Client's behalf.
If the information provided is insufficient to properly perform the contracted Professional Services, the Company may suspend the Engagement until the required information is received or proceed in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement and other governing corporate policies.
Collaboration with attorneys and other professionals
Collaboration with Third Parties
During the course of an Engagement, DMC REVAMP CORPORATION may communicate or collaborate with attorneys, certified public accountants (CPAs), financial advisors, consultants, authorized representatives, employers, investors, religious organizations, businesses, or other professionals or entities designated by the Client whenever reasonably necessary to perform the contracted Professional Services.
Such collaboration is intended solely to facilitate the preparation, revision, coordination, or delivery of the professional documentation developed as part of the Engagement and shall not create any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency, legal representation, or other legal relationship between DMC REVAMP CORPORATION and any such third party.
Independent Professional Responsibilities
Each attorney, advisor, consultant, firm, organization, or other professional participating in an Engagement acts independently and remains solely responsible for the Professional Services, advice, recommendations, legal opinions, or decisions provided within the scope of that professional's own engagement.
DMC REVAMP CORPORATION does not supervise, direct, control, or assume responsibility for the work performed by any attorney, law firm, accountant, consultant, or other professional retained or designated by the Client.
Exchange of Information
When authorized by the Client or reasonably necessary to perform the contracted Professional Services, DMC REVAMP CORPORATION may share documentation and information with the Client's authorized representatives or professional advisors in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable confidentiality obligations, and applicable law.
The Company will limit such disclosures to the information reasonably necessary to perform the contracted Professional Services.
Responsibility for Decisions Made by the Client and Third Parties
The Client and the Client's attorneys, advisors, representatives, consultants, employers, investors, or other third parties remain solely responsible for the decisions they make regarding any immigration-related matter.
Accordingly, DMC REVAMP CORPORATION shall not be responsible for modifications made by third parties to the Company's Deliverables, for the manner in which such Deliverables are used, or for any consequence arising from decisions or actions taken by persons other than DMC REVAMP CORPORATION.
Final provisions
Amendments to this Disclaimer
DMC REVAMP CORPORATION reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement this Immigration-Related Documentation Disclaimer whenever necessary to reflect changes in applicable law, governmental policies, Professional Services, business operations, or corporate practices.
